Seems cheerful, anyway, and obviously familiar with these kinds of events. Probably one of the drama folks, then, at a guess. They seem like decent people, if sometimes a little loud.
With fancy white gloves (hiding the fake hand) to go with his fancy-but-shabby suit, and his hair all loose and weighted down with mousse to keep the frizz in check, the make-up does go a pretty good job of enhancing the "I-will-kill-you-with-my-pinky" smile, though, he's gotta give them that.
