"They know what will happen, now," Soldat adds, a bit more grimly, but also a bit more wobbly again, "and it won't make a good show for their viewers. Nobody wants to watch somebody shoot their own team in the back for no reason."
It hadn't been fun. And they've likely made some enemies-- that one in the sci fi armor had gotten a shot off in their direction, they know who killed them. But that doesn't mean it wasn't worth it.
